Remote appointment setter

Warm applicants only. No cold calling. You call people who've already applied to start a smart lighting business, run a short intro call from our script, and book the good ones onto a call with our founder.

The role

• Call every new applicant within 5 minutes of them applying, during your shift. They're warm. Nobody gets cold called.
• Run a 10 to 15 minute intro call from our script and book qualified people onto a Zoom with our founder.
• Keep them warm in a group chat until they show up.
• You'll talk to home service owners (roofers, HVAC, landscapers and more) and people starting their own smart lighting business.

Pay

• Commission only: 7.5% of cash collected on every deal you booked that closes. That's $750 to $1,875 per close, depending on the package. No cap.
• Paid every 2 weeks on cash that has cleared. Some deals take 1 to 3 weeks to clear after the call because of financing approval and a 7-day review period, so commission on those is paid in the first payout after the cash clears.
• Strong setters get first shot at closing as we grow.
